Full Disclosure / 24hr Right of Rescission:

Private Citizens are not allowed in the Dealer only Auctions, therefore vehicles typically can not be visually inspected until vehicles have been paid for and brought to your door or our office. We will provide detailed email pictures with fully detailed option descriptions before we purchase a vehicle for you. We will not attempt the purchase of any vehicle without your consent.

If for any reason after the vehicle is delivered to you it does not meet "your" standards for a pre owned vehicle, the vehicle can be returned to us within 24hrs.  The vehicle can then be sold or simply ran back through the Dealer Auction. We require a $500 Administrative fee for each vehicle returned.  Dealer agrees to pay half the shipping cost within the continental United States when applicable.

Please note PayPal and or EBAY fees, will not be reimbursed.

CONSIGNMENT VEHICLES 

Vehicles sold on consignment will be sold "AS IS" unless written Guarantee is given at time of Sale.

DEPOSITS

All funds received on Consignment Vehicles are "Non Refundable" including credit card transactions.

All Consignment Vehicle Sales are FINAL.

These vehicles are "Certified" Pre Owned they are not "New". If the vehicle has reasonable wear and tear associated with the year, make, and model "the client" is responsible for any cosmetic repairs.

If after close inspection, the vehicle appears to not have been inspected thoroughly by our Associates, ATX will subsidize any reasonable repair at the discretion of ATX. Our business is word of mouth -----every attempt will be made to keep our customers happy.

**Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
